If you're not happy with your sketch or reading for any reason, email us within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. No forms, no interrogation.
Email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout, with the word "refund" in the subject. That's it.
We approve requests within 2 business days. Stripe returns the money to your card in 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Refunding an order revokes its referral rewards, and we may decline repeat refund-and-repurchase patterns. Everything else — we're on your side.
